San Rafael Hotel - Mompos

The hotel's beautiful colonial architecture captures the essence of the place. With spacious common areas and a charming patio with a pool and trees, it's a perfect spot for relaxation. The location is also great, offering a view of the river from the main living room.

One drawback we encountered was the lack of hot water in the bedroom, especially inconvenient considering the town's hot climate. the wifi was not working in our room.

The hotel was everything I could have asked for in a city break. the beautiful decorations were so inviting and the comfortable bed was great for a good night's sleep. the key location was perfect, allowing me to stroll along the river and explore the historic streets nearby. the fresh fruit with breakfast was a welcome treat, and Maria's service was top-notch.

Although the hotel was great, there were a few minor things that could have been better. the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap containers were not very practical, and the pool was too small for swimming.

The hotel boasts a great location with lovely views of the river right from your doorstep. their common areas provide a spacious and relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring the town's attractions. the rooms are well-furnished, air-conditioned, and equipped with a nice bathroom. the breakfast selection is good with fresh fruit options, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

One negative aspect was that the pool water could have been cleaner for a more refreshing dip.

The building has a great colonial architecture with a cozy garden patio. Rooms are wonderful with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel has an excellent location with a beautiful view of the river and is close to the main attractions.

The hotel lacked hot water, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak, which was not ideal for my business trip. The pool area was not well-equipped with towels, and the pressure of the shower was weak.

Beautiful hotel, great location, comfortable beds, fresh fruit breakfast, lovely gardens.

As someone who loves good design and comfort, I must say that this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room allocated to me was not only beautifully decorated, but also spacious with high ceilings, and a modernized bathroom that looked just like the pictures. The location is one of the best points, being right in front of the Magdalena river which provides amazing views and easy access to transportation. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, from my room to the spacious common areas.
